Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: How long will it take to receive my purchase?
A: Some orders go out within a day or two; some order may take up to two weeks; custom and designer items may take 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered. We will keep you advised.
