RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
*Items must be returned within the specified period (postmarked within 7 days after receipt) & must be approved & confirmed by us via email, before any can be accepted for return/exchange.
*If item arrives to you damaged, it will be accepted for EXCHANGE for the identical item only.
You must be sure to carefully package any returned item, just as you received it, or no exchange will be issued.
***If we no longer have the same item to exchange, we will offer you a choice of another item of equal value, or a cash refund.
*All other returns will receive www.TEAM-ZEBRA.com Store Credit, which NEVER Expires! If you have received store credit, please be sure to sign in with your account email & password, to be certain that our automated systems assign proper credit to your order. You may apply credit to one or more future orders, until your credit balance has been depleted. Store credits may not be used for shipping fees. However, if your order is for $50.00 or more, you still qualify for FREE First Class shipping.
*Credits or refunds for Shipping charges will not be issued.
*Cash Refunds will NOT be issued, unless the damaged or incorrect item is no longer in our current inventory.
