LIZANO PRODUCTS STORE - COSTA RICA FOOD STORE offers the following Returns Policy: all damage items will be replace by our store, please fillup a report with shipping company. All our rates are based on USPS special rates for or store. We have try all couriers and have come to the conclision the USPS is the most reliable source.

Domestic rates are available for: 4 days Parcel post mail, 2 days Priority mail, Express mail overnight to most areas.

Canada mail is available for: 4 - 10 days Airmail parcel post, 3 - 5 days Global express mail. Occasionally some delays due to customs.

Rest of the world: 4 - 10 days Airmail parcel post. Occasionally some delays due to customs.

Cancellatiion orders will aply for a $5.00 Fee.
