Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Free shipping is available on all products to the following areas: AL, AR, Washington DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS (except zip codes starting with 675-679), KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, NJ (except zip codes starting with 070-078), OH, OK (except zip codes starting with 736-739), PA, SC, TN, TX (except zip codes starting with 780-799, 885), VA (except zip codes beginning with 201) and WV

All other areas receive a significant reduction in freight. Please see the estimated freight rates based on your zip code on the shopping cart page prior to checkout.
