Orders may be placed online or by calling 1-800-243-8726 or by faxing a completed order form to 1-518-459-4576. All class-size orders include shipping and handling charges. Please call for actual shipping and handling charges for all book orders of less than twenty books. For all orders outside of New York state, please add 10% shipping and handling.

UPCO - United Publishing Co., Inc., offers the following Policies:

• Tax Exempt Status: N.Y.S. Sales Tax exempt or resale number for the School must be included. Taxes will be added where they apply.
  
  
• Delivery: Materials will be shipped for delivery on the date you request.
  
  
• Payment: Bills are payable 30 days after billing.
  
  
• Returns: Unused and unmarked books in resalable condition will be accepted for full credit only if the books are returned within 6 months of the invoice date or by the close of the school year, whichever occurs first. Permission must be obtained to return any books, and such books must be sent prepaid to the publisher.
  

Individual And Retail Pricing: The school discounted "Class Size Book Price" is NOT available to individuals or retailers. It is available for school purchases by teachers and school officials only.
